打標針有時沖擊有時不沖擊，刻印的字符殘缺不全
Marking needles sometimes impact, sometimes do not impact, printed characters incomplete
（1）氣路中和電磁閥內有較多的水，或電磁閥內有雜物。清除氣路中的積水，空壓機也要定時放水（一個月至少一次）。清除電磁閥內的雜物并加些潤滑脂。
(1) The air circuit neutralizes more water in the solenoid valve or impurities in the solenoid valve. Clean up the accumulated water in the air passage, the air compressor should also release water regularly (at least once a month). Clean up the sundries in the solenoid valve and add some grease.
（2）打標針套內（打標針套內和打標針之間）有臟物，用煤油清洗打標針套和打標針，然后往針套內或打標針上加少量（隨機配帶的）專用的潤滑油或白色的潤滑脂。

（3）打標針上端的銅與打標頭內的"O"型橡膠密封圈接觸不好，調整彈簧的長度更換"O"型圈，重裝"O"型圈。

（4）氣路堵塞或氣管彎折造成氣體流量不夠，打標剛開始時打得深，后來輕或后來打標針不沖擊。應檢查氣路排除堵塞或彎折。

（5）字符的坐標位置設置不合理，太靠邊造成一部份筆劃未刻印出來，請調整周邊字符的坐標位置。

要想氣動打標機在日常工作中能很好的工作，那就必須做到一下幾點：

1.打標針及針套的保養：

保養時將打印針從針套中取出，用汽油將它們清洗干凈，擦干后加入適量潤滑油，重新裝入即可。該項工作根據用戶使用設備的頻率進行，建議一周兩至三次。

2.打標機頭的保養：定期用汽油清洗導軌，擦干后加入適量潤滑油即可，該項工作建議兩周一次。同時注意在清洗加油的過程中應盡是避免將油加到同步帶上。
